How much does shipping cost?
​

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $199 and orders under $199 will be charged a shipping fee of $9.95. We also offer expedited shipping options that can be added during the checkout process. The expedited shipping costs are listed on our website during the checkout process.

Is my order insured?
​

Yes, your order is fully insured during transit. Neither Bullion.com, nor our insurance company, accepts responsibility if you leave instructions with a carrier to deliver without signature, and/or provide instructions to leave your Order with someone else such as a neighbor, building office, drop-off location, or another third party.

How will my order be packaged?
​

Your order will be packaged in secure, discreet packaging to prevent tampering.

How will my order ship?

​

Your order will ship either by the United States Postal Service (USPS) or FedEx. If you wish to select your shipping option, you are welcome to add Expedited Shipping options to your order.

What shipping carriers does Goldandsilverspot.com use?

We use USPS or FedEx Express bullion freight for all orders.

How quickly will my order ship?

​

For in-stock items, your order will ship within one business day if paying by Credit Card, PayPal, Cryptocurrency, or Bank Wire once funds are received. Electronic check and paper check orders will be held for six business days after payment is received. If an item is on pre-order, please reference the pre-order listed state for an estimate of when your order will ship. We will contact you via email if there are any delays to your order shipping.

What does pre-order mean?

Pre-order means that the item is available to order and lock in at the current market price, but not ready to ship from our facility. The pre-order date listed provides an estimate of when this item will be available to ship. Though this rarely happens, if there is a further delay to the item being available to ship, we will contact you via email.

How do I track my order?

When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email to your email address on file. This shipping confirmation email will include your tracking order. Alternatively, if you are logged in to your account on Goldandsilver.com and click “My Orders”, you can click on your order number and review the tracking number online.

Will I need to sign for my order?
​

Your order may or may not require signature for delivery. If you want to ensure a signature is required, you can add either a signature requirement or FedEx shipping during the checkout process. When you select expedited shipping, a signature requirement is included.

My order appears to be tampered with.

If you believe your order was tampered with, we recommend refusing the package. If you have possession of the tampered package, please keep all original packaging, and contact Bullion.com within 48 hours.

My order appears to be lost in transit.

If you believe your package is lost in transit, you must notify us within 30 days from the shipment date of your Order to open a claim with our insurance. If your claim is approved, we have the right to re-ship your Order or to refund your Order at our discretion. Bullion.com shall have no further responsibility or liability to you.

My order tracking shows delivered however I have not received it.

We recommend checking around your property or with your office manager if your order shows it was delivered but you have not received it. If you believe your shipment was lost or stolen, please contact us. You can contact our team by email at info@Goldandsilverspot.com, by phone at +1-305-4648-302 or by live chat on our website. You must notify us within 30 days from the shipment date of your Order to open a claim with our insurance. Yes. We ship to United States Postal Service (USPS) P.O. Boxes.

Returns Policy

Thank you for considering Goldandsilverspot.com, for your precious metal needs. We want to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

We offer the option for a refund, return, or exchange on your purchase. You must contact us within 5 days from the delivery date of your order to be eligible. If you would like to return an item, please contact us within 5 days of the delivery date for a return authorization number by email at info@Goldandsilverspot.com or by phone at +1-305-4648-302. Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization number.

Goldandsilverspot.com, has the right to charge a restocking fee of $35 as well as a market loss fee at our discretion. The product must be in its original condition to be eligible for a return. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We have the right to reject any return that does not follow these requirements.

Refunds are processed once the returned items have been received and verified. For Cryptocurrency refunds, these will be issued by BitPay at the USD exchange rate at the time of the refund. At our discretion, we have the option to issue store credit instead of a cash refund.
