What types of payment do you accept?

We accept Bank Wire, ZELLE PAY, APPLE PAY, CHIME, PayPal, and IBAN REVOLUT/ CRYPTO CURRENCY
 

Are there any minimums or maximums for orders?

Order Minimums

​

We have an Order minimum of twenty (20) ounces for Silver, one (1) ounce for Gold, and one (1) ounce for Platinum. This is subject to change, and we have the right to change this at our discretion.

Large Orders.

​

For Large Orders We have the right to require a deposit for a large Order ($500,000 USD or more in total). Please message us at +1 305 464 8302 if you are interested in placing an Order of this size. The deposit amount will be at our discretion. Bank wires are the only accepted form of payment for an Order of this size.

Can I switch my order payment method?

​

We are not able to update your payment method. Please send us a at +13054648302 for further assistance if you are needing to change your payment on an order.

How do I pay using ZELLE/CASHAPP/APPLE PAY 

To pay by electronic payment method

AFTER ORDER IS PLACED WE WILL SEND YOU CONFIRMATION FROM OUR STORE VIA TEXT OR WHATSAPP IF YOU ARE NOT BASED IN THE US WITH THIS PAYMENT METHODS TO PICK FROM.

We must receive payment within 2 business days of your order confirmation. We hold all check payments for six business days after payment is received, before we release your order. We do not accept Money Orders or Cashier Checks.


 

How do I pay using Bank Wire?

​

To pay by bank wire> confirm your order. You will then need to contact banking to send a same day bank wire to Goldandsilverspot.com with the reference as your order confirmation number. Our bank details will be provided on your order confirmation TEXT OR EMAIL. Once we receive your payment, we will send a payment confirmation email to you as well.

We can only accept Same-Day bank wires. We do not charge fees for a bank wire, but your bank may charge a flat fee.

How do I pay using cryptocurrency?

When you select pay by cryptocurrency on our website and confirm your order, you will receive an invoice from us via text or to your email address. You need to pay this invoice within 15 minutes.

For bank wire, we require payment within one (1) business day to prevent your order from being cancelled.

Have you received my payment?

We send a payment confirmation email once your payment has been received. You can confirm your payment has been sent on your order under “My Orders”. You can also reach us by phone at +1 305 464 8302 to confirm your payment has been received.
