Back in 1986, INS called this coin an AU50. To me, it looks more like a modern day au55. 
One of the most comprehensive certificates I've ever seen, with multiple attributes of the coin punched out on the paper. 
This coin was purchased from Blanchard, from the father of the gentleman that I purchased it from yesterday. So essentially, this is the first time this coin has been on the market since 1986.
