I’ve handled tons of 20 pesos and this is the most PL I’ve seen (see video). There’s only a handful of PLs at NGC and I believe this should’ve at least have gotten a star ⭐️ designation. This was my first try on grading this and it just got back today so it’s fresh to the market ..
